Be Ready to Say YES

We encourage you to enter our salon with a positive and open mindset. Keep in mind that many brides end up choosing a gown that catches them by surprise and you may find your dress sooner or later then you expect. Many brides don't expect to find the one during their first bridal appointment, but it happens all the time!!

If you find a dress you love, don't feel like you have to keep looking just because you expected the process to take longer.

Undergarments:
Most wedding dresses come with built-in bras and structural support, so a separate bra is unnecessary. Please remember that your consultant will be present during this time, and appropriate underwear is essential. Opt for nude underwear and possibly sticky petals.

Avoid wearing hot pink, black, or coloured underwear, as these shades can be visible through the wedding dresses. Additionally, you'll likely be taking pictures while trying on sample dresses, and bright undergarments will be noticeable in those photos.

Shoes:

Many sample wedding dresses are really long making it difficult to walk around. Even if you wear heels in a sample wedding dress,  you’ll be stepping on the fabric, ripping the dress, slipping, or falling. It is much better to be walking around barefoot in a sample wedding dress so that you can feel the floor and feel the dress fabric. Trying on a wedding dress barefoot is safer, so heels are not necessary for your dress shopping appointment.
